ARTICLE VI - Dues
Section 1. The annual dues of each company belonging to the Association shall be $25.00 $40.00 payable January 1st of each calendar year. Any company in arrears at the time of the May meeting, the delegate representing that company shall not be entitled to voting privileges for that meeting or any other subsequent meeting until the dues have been paid. Any company whose dues are not paid by the Thursday evening preceding the convention dinner shall not be eligible to compete for any prizes whatsoever at the annual Oneida County Convention that year.
Section 2. Any department or company in arrears for one year or more, upon written notice, shall no longer be considered a member.
THIS SHALL BE VOTED UPON AT THE MARCH 19, 2026 MEETING.
